@danielpunkass There are places, such as rural Nebraska, which Fedex and UPS do not ship to, and which PO boxes are required & far from home
@danielpunkass To play devil's advocate, many people just have PO boxes, which can't receive Fedex or UPS.

Loretta is graduating

so we got her this Loretta Is Finally Graduating as a present.

I’ve been travelling a lot lately. I’ll probably be travelling a lot in the near future. Buying airline tickets, and trying to find the best prices if I’m a little flexible in when I travel, is a pita.

This, with the “next 30 days” comparison, makes it a little easier to see if I’m getting [...]

I took this picture in Nebraska a few weeks ago.

My thought was: Wow. Finally, someone has decided to go after the vast “Sinner” constituency. Most politicians act like they’re above sin; finally, one has decided to embrace the sinners and get all of them to vote for him.

My suggestion, though, is that the guy should put his name on his yard signs. [...]

Life has been eventful lately. Work is, well, work-like, but the major interruption in our life of late was last week when Loretta’s mother passed away.

So, Loretta and I spent an unscheduled week or so in Nebraska, with her family, driving a lot ( 980 miles in 7 days in the rental car [...]
